Houston is about 200 miles from me so I don't know the guy. I thought about buying it myself but I don't have the spare cash. right now.

I thought somebody mentioned last year that the MC28 could not be registered in Canada because it was too new?

All things considered, its probably over priced, which is why it has not sold.
