yeah I've been watching this auction the past 4 or 5 times he's listed it. He's got a pretty tough sell on his hands. Essentially it's a high mileage bike that doesn't run. AND for some reason it HAS to be delivered outside of the US. Do you know the bike personally? I believe it is in Texas


So I'd need a new PGMIV ECU with matching card? Do the HRC cards always get sold with an ECU? Is there a workaround for using the HRC card with street legal lighting?
