Yep, my PGM is at fault Crying or Very sad

Today we installed my pgm to his bike no valve movement...

Then putted his on mine and everything went just fine.

We adjusted the valves and after that we started it.

The bike was running fine and everything seemed ok at the first heat cycle.

During warm up we noticed that the rear cyl's exhaust fumes were a lot more than the front exhaust's fumes.

Also noticed some coolant leaks but not for sure if it was from the hoses we will inspect it tommorow.

We installed my pgm again and bike started without of cource valve movement. It seems it doesnt give power to the servo.

So my problems are:

1)coolant leaks

2)more smoke at rear, less at the front

3)My PGM doesnt work the valves.

4)kill switch not working and throttle grip doesnt return back alone. Not much of problem maybe it needs some cable change or lubrication.
