Ooh, nasty Phil, but at least you're (now) OK, even if in a bit of pain. Could've been a lot worse, and I'm glad it wasn't.

The pain in the ass is that although you can't ride at the moment, you are also not in the position to pull the barrels off for a peek inside! Would've been good to take the opportunity to fettle them.
