Just a point or two as you have 10 days to ready this bike...

Does a PGMIII work properly with the 28 carbs (and TPS) and minus the GPS?
Does the '28 seat subframe have somewhere to bolt a PGMIII?
Is the '28 RC servo the same? The air solenoid plumbing for sure is not.
