Unfortunately the NSR flag will have to be waived by Roy alone, as I won't be racing mine at Cadwell. I decided to try to squeeze some extra horses from my motor and took the heads off to have them skimmed. In doing so, I've discovered a 3cm by 5cm patch of nicasil has flaked off one cylinder. I'm amazed it didn't seize at Mallory, I can only assume it flaked off on the last lap and I was just lucky. Anyway, I'm working away all week and I just don't have time to get it rebuilt in time.

Still I'll be at Cadwell to cheer Roy on.... and hoping MJ is fighting fit to do battle again.
