I built a thing so that I could run PGMs on the bench. This way I could measure ignition timing and compare different PGMs II, III, IV, F3 etc. Could also make reasonably accurate notes on RC valve timing, TPS and GPS relationships, the white wire snip (eh Steve!?) etc etc. All good fun.

The difference between PGMIII 'unspliced' and F3 is remarkable, whereas the difference between F3 and RS NF5 is, well, almost unmeasurable.

Also very interesting to actually be able to see a marked difference between NH3 coils with shorty plugs and KV3 coils with BR9ECMs.

Maybe one day we should join up and write a book Steve Razz
