I've heard rumors that 2-strokes will be totally banned from California streets. Is this true? The reason I am asking is that I have a registered '94 nsr250 mc28 and am afraid if this rumor is true. I know that they are strict on these two strokes but totally banning them? Any truth to this rumor?
