120k's is about 80mph Dave... got me thinking there for a bit! :)

The owner says he thinks the bike's already derestricted as it used to pull 190kmh, closer to 120mph.

I think that 7-8000rpm in 6th would give about 120kph, and if the Valves were faulty and not opening, then it would fail to pull past that, and feel like it was "falling flat on it's face".
