Dave was spot on when he said jet each cylinder as a single engine, as that really what they are. This is true for all bike, 2 and 4 stroke.

I've seen three sizes different on various bikes.

With the NSR there's obvious differences between #1 & #2 cylinders so there's no reason why they should be the same.
