 Topic: Too much oil. Would it cause damage? nsr 150

There is indeed a CAT in the NSR150 exhaust system Jeff! The system is unbelievably heavy and restrictive with it.

As you say though, over the short-term, too much oil won't be too bad and will mainly just foul plug(s) and start to make the rings a little sticky, but anything more than a 1000kms and I'd be pulling the top off and at least cleaning everything, including the RC Valve. Sticky RC Valves can cause the controller to burn out on the 250, and there is a possibility it could cause the same problem with the 150.
