If Andy didn't insist that we send PMs, I would have spotted this right away.

I told everyone to PM HKSAR because he has no agreement for commercial advertising, and I don't spend my hard-earned to host a platform for traders! By PM'ing him you are taking your business away from the Forum, and therefore any misconception that trading with him is endorsed by NSR-WORLD.COM.

Plenty of people seem to want to use the Site as a platform, but very few want to contribute to the costs! Until they do, the policy will remain the same.

As with any supplier though, fair discussion about your experiences on the Forum are acceptable, whether good or bad, but keep it civil.
