Just changing the gearbox bearings in the crankcase.

How do I get the needle bearing out (selector shaft exit) without damaging the surfaces?

Also the upper roller bearing seems to be pressed into the crankcase wall with no access to the back of it. Is it? and will any puller do to extract it?
