it done with a less than 17 digit VIN? In my state, I am sure a non 17
digit VIN will raise a flag & I will have to let inspector physically look at bike, which is not a good idea.

I'm also interested in knowing about the 17 digit VIN#... I have heard that NSR50's after 92' only have 11 digits, is this true for NSR250's as well? Interested cause I would like to register an NSR250 (or even a 50) in either NY or CT.
