Hmm, sounds like a bad muffler bearing... I'll take it off your hand for a grand ;)

The noisy clutch isn't an issue... its a dry clutch. There designed to make that noise This means you have either an SE, or SP MC21. You should hold on the 4K price, and not let it go for less unless it's a rat trap (which it doesn't sound like).
