I've am looking for a nice NSR250 Rothman's or Repsol.

I am curious the people who have a registered NSR250, did you get
it done with a less than 17 digit VIN? In my state, I am sure a non 17
digit VIN will raise a flag & I will have to let inspector physically look at bike, which is not a good idea.
