Can't find them there either? There are some available here in the Philippines but they're priced much too high (around US$500 per unit). You can also get a supposedly OEM replacement unit real cheap (around US$100 for a pair!) but they dont last very long (a month or two).

I hope someone can help me find a pair either here or Japan as I really need them. Good luck to you to mate!
