I did the conversion on a buget. was not the best but it worked.

First had the NSR bearing cones machined to fit the ZXR stem securely. then that all bolted up nicely.

Ran the NSR calipers straight on the ZXR fork with the NSR discs and wheel. The brakes were biting the disc but not the whole pad was in contact. VFR discs would have been great.

Used some washers to space the wheel as the axle was the same size.
