MC21 or MC28 CA titled frame needed

Hi Guys,

I know this may be a long shot but I am looking for a MC21 or MC28 frame with a California title. I would also consider a whole bike with a CA. title but I am more interested in something that is in need of repair rather then something that is the bike of the month.
