Presumably if just richer jetting would "fix" the problems with the 010 card and unleaded fuel HRC would never have made the 030 card (the 020 being the leaded fuel wet weather card). They (HRC) don't do things for fun, the 010 card was designed for the 100 ron leaded fuel they used to be allowed to race with (bear in mind leaded fuel hasn't been sold at the pump in Japan since the 70's), not sure about where you are but even leaded 4* here was only 98ron.

Detonation from running the 010 card (or any other card) on too lean jetting will seriously reduce power (mainly by ripping your front cylinder plating off)
