Not without some serious engine modifications.

If you mean will 1993 RS pipes fit an MC21?... not without some serious modifications!

The 93~ RS motor is totally different to the NSR. The motor is not only more compact than the NSR, but its' configuration is entirely different.

You'd have a much better chance of getting pre '92 pipes to work and/or fit!
