Frank Mitchell's NSR 250

Jayman » Sat Mar 25, 2006 3:27 pm

I know this in kind of late, but I just picked up the April issue of PB. In the US, we always get the British bike mags the same month. I have to say that Frank Mitchell's NSR is just awesome. Never has PB picked a better bike to put on the cover. If Frank is reading, good job on the bike.
While I am at it, I have a small question about this bike. It says in the article that his mate polished the frame to give it a satin finish. How was this done? I want to do the same but I don't want that chrome looking finish that usually goes along with polishing aluminum. If somebody could let me know how this was done, I would be grateful, thanks. Also once again, awesome bike Frank.
