The high & low beam is in one bulb. I wasn't able to find the 60/35w bulb at the local shops. I don't recall what watt bulb I ended up buying but I don't think a higher watt bulb would cause any problems as long as it's 12 volt.

My bike isn't back together so I'm not positive on the last statement. I will find out soon enough.

The lights on the instument panel are on the back side. Follow the wires to the rubber groments & you will find the lights behind there. Take them to an auto parts store & they should be able to help you. Here's a picture.
