When you order a HRC030 card, they will ask you what your PGM4 serial number is, this number will be located on a silver sticker under your PGM4 meter display panel (you will have to take it off the panel to get to this number - only 3 screws: SEE HERE).

Read here for MC28 Wire splice on stock loom with HRC card installed to get most of your road going electricals back. Your LCD display will still be a giant Temp Gauge though and you will need to install a speedo.
