It just depends on what the tester says appears to be there.
In theory if you run ANY lights, any switchgear for lights or any light circuitry wiring you've got to run full lights (including the numberplate light and a reflector which are mising from the Tyga setup anyway).
In reality ignorance rules and if something is totally missing it won't be failed, even police bike cops get the laws round there neck, monkey got told he should have BS kite marked cans the other day
