The 21 and 28 run the same fork pitch and offset, so the clamps are 'swappable'....new word for the day.

Not sure about the 18, but I think it also has the same dims, but the shaft is different on the 18 compared to the 21/28.

The 18 steering stoppers are also in a different position to the 21/28.
