I'm loathed to call RGV's, an old mate of Billy and I had a VJ22 and it was an awesome bike.

Not too sure if this will work as it's linked straight from the RGV forum but to say it's on Mark Dent's Dynopro which means it'd read about 5bhp more on a Dynojet that's one hell of a chart for a 250.
