Ebay is a great place at times.
If there is a big war going on then unfortunately it's just not going to be your day.
I've watched stuff where the price has been jacked up beyond reasonable limits only to peak early and stagnate.

Auction snipers - never used one and never will, if you want something then pay the money. It's as simple as that.
Supply and demand, an age old byatch if you are on the demand side of it.
