Well, for a start, I'd say that IMG_61 is chain oil, dripping down from the front sprocket (chain wheel)!

The other "oil leak" would simply appear to be what many call "2-stroke spooge". That's basically unburned 2-stroke fuel leaking past the exhaust gaskets, but often a sign of richness. It can also happen if you ride at low RPM a lot, as the motor only has a good clean burning RPM range when it's in its' power-band.

If you are happy with how it's running, then some high temp RTV sealant should cure most of the exhaust "leak".
