I recently got the SP decals for my MC28 SP via Wylie and Holland - a Honda dealer in Wellington near Telford. There were a lot of different colour schemes on the NSR - the stickers I got were for the '96 Repsol MC28SP where this SP sticker appears on the tail unit under the rear seat.
They took some finding - they had to order them from Japan I think, but they only took a few weeks, they were very helpful.
