Pipes could be hard to find, maybe try and find out if either '18 or '21 ones can be tweaked to fit as the standard '18 and '21 ones are ace, the only non std ones I've ever seen on a '16 were proper HRCs and they must be as rare as a sweet four stroke.
A couple of holes in the airbox lid, jet to suit and 60bhp will be yours.
Hmmmm, now theres a thought, a '16 that goes just about as well as any NSR (and weighs 10kg less
