If your bike is pretty much stock, that's a bit early dude. You should be able to get around 200kms+ (depending on the way you ride ) before requiring to switch over to reserve. Once my trip meter hits 200km, I just fill up at the nearest BP or Mobil (Ultimate or 8000) and reset my trip meter again. Have only ever once needed to switch to reserve.
