I presume a "globe" is a bulb?

Anyway I'm not sure about Aus but in the UK the bulb size required for NSR's is very similar to a size called H4 thats used by lots of cars. Plenty of people just use these instead and bend/cut the pins to "fit"

The problem is that Jap homemarket bikes expect 35w on low beam and these H4 bulbs are 55w, hence regulator rectifiers die and (on the grey Honda 400's for definate) the main beam light switch melts as the power is passed through the switch itself not a relay (which was fitted to UK VFR400s as standard).

Dave Silver Spares sell the real Honda 35w/60w bulbs in the UK for £5 each (genuine spares, RVF400).
Can't help for Aus sorry.
