Ha! If only it was that easy. If you read the tuning pages it'll give you more of an idea, but basically to adjust the jetting you need to open the carbs and replace the main jet with another of a different size. The needle can also be adjusted to fine tune the mid throttle fuelling, and the pilot jet controls idle and bottom throttle opening. There's also a power jet which does wierd stuff to richen the fuelling too.

Very complicated things carbs, but relatively easy to rejet them. Getting it right is another matter...
