well, Before I sent my cylinders there, I was told that they were the #1 place in the US for reconditioning. It took them a month to do them and they overcharged me. Thats not it either, they pulled out my coolant lines and I had to have some fabricated. After that the power valves barely fit cause the chrome was so damn thick. Now this. Sooooooo, take heed if you send them, this still may be a isolated incident.
Lets just hope that it was a monday and the operater just got cercumsized @ age 44. That a good explanation for theis much of a feck up. ....right?
