 Topic: Is it worth removing the oil Pump

removing the oil pump means one less mechanical thing to go wrong while riding the bike.

For a full track bike I would personally remove it. You can save a little weight, as well as know that as long as you mix your fuel properly you will have oil.

For a street bike, having the convience of the pump is nice when it comes time to fill up at the pumps. No need to figure out how much oil to put in.
