The NSR, as with any of the 250's, is really down to what you can do with it! Dave Ett did a rather commendable job on the day with Monkey's stock "R" model considering it was probably a good 15-20hp down on all the other bikes.

Of course, a few mod's to delimit an MC21 goes a long way to making for a lot more of an entertaining ride, but the NSR is all about the brakes and handling. The road that we used for the ride-out was predominently 35-50mph corners with a few faster ones thrown in for good measure. StephenRC45 and I did the same road a few months ago on my MC21 and his (virtually full HRC spec') RC45 and I'm sure I had just as much fun, if not more, pushing the NSR to its' (rather my) limit - but you really have to ride 'em!!
