For calculating your mix with liters... I would use this algorithm

Liters of Fuel divided by oil mix ratio * 1000

So for 10 liters mixed at 32:1

(10 / 32) * 1000 = 312.5

That will give you milliliters of oil needed, or .3125 liters of oil.
