Why not pop along to Llandow tomorrow then Matt, even if you don't get out on the track? The weather's brightening up, and there will be a few of us there.

115 mains sound a bit small, so make sure you do a plug chop! I may be wrong, as I've not done anything myself with a 16/18 hybrid, but I would've expected the mains to have needed to be a bit bigger as you are flowing quite a lot more air through the MC18 (32mm as opposed to 28mm) carbs.

The Honda book of words says the stock MC16 carbs should be running 110 main jets, just for your information.
