Ok,
Finally managed to get back to the bike after clearing
out a few cars blocking it in..
Anyway, I've checked the operation of the valves again.
If I manually turn the pulley to the HI position and
turn on the ignition, along with the red kill switch also on,
the servo motor immediately turns towards LO.
If I then leave the pulley either half way between HI or LO or in the LO
position with the throttle pots. connector disconnected,
the pulley swings to the HI position.
The main issue is that once the pulley is in either HI or LO
it won't move anymore.
I've tried revving to 2/3000 rpm but it won't budge in any direction other than
HI or LO.
Any more ideas?
