A temporary rebuild page can now be found here. Sorry it's taken so long, but I couldn't bring myself to simply upload the old pages without making a few corrections and additions.

I will write completely new rebuild guide in 2026, and add it to the Main Site. In the mean time, I hope this is of some help, and of course, feel free to ask here if there's anything you're not sure on.
