The guy who MOT’ed my ZXR H1 failed it before I had chance to turn the engine off due the number plate … Thank god I was only swinging by to book it in (he’s a top guy but think he’s had his collar felt)

Agreed - it’s an easy fix for me, even if the plate and reflector only gets used for 20 minutes once a year
In comparison the regulation number plate is so big it looks more like a 24’ Pizza box has been stuck on the ar5e end …..
