Okay so I rang loads of powder coating places today. None of them had a clue. I got every answer from Yes we can paint them to no you can't powder coat Magnesium alloy wheels, and everything in between. I messaged Steve Turner and he said he can paint them. He said he's not sure about the customs process though. I'm not sure what to do now.
