Honda have a "refresh programme" for the NSR250R and VFR750R RC30, but the list of parts is pretty limited... very limited in the case of the NSR, and expensive.

No-one was more surprised than me when brand-new back-ordered MC21/28 cranks turned up at Performance Engineering back in 2014/15... and when I say brand new, I mean brand-new, made with all-new tooling! Most notable are the conrods, that are clearly different forgings to earlier cranks.
