I am French and I have an NSR MC28, I would like to have full power of my motorcycle.

Currently, I just have the original card. And I only have one card, I am in case of loss.

Where can I find a HRC-030 cards? or alternative? Is it possible to convert the original board to HRC-030?

I know that it is possible to put the counter of an MC21 but if possible I would like to keep the original.

What should be done besides the HRC card on the motorcycle to have full power? (change the carburetion?)

I already have a complete Tyga exhaust line.
