Another method is also possible but I have not tried it, so you would have to check the safety.
Bike is on the rear paddock stand tied down to the bench to stop it twisting.
Remove and flip them over and re fit the rider foot pegs in upside down...so they can't fold upwards.
Then lift the bike on the front paddock stand you mentioned.
Place an axle stand beneath each foot peg and gently lower the bike down so that it is siting on the rear paddock stand and the two foot pegs sit on the axle stands.

Or if the exhausts are off you could lift the bike on the front paddock stand and place a wooden block or MX style stand under the engine, again using the rear paddock stand as a fixed point.
