Hopefully the spark plugs will give you an indication of whats going on...if I had to place a bet I would put money on it being fuel starvation.
So... tank breather, fuel filter on the tap and carburettor bank, open up the carb bowls and inspect.

If I read right the bike seems to run better with the choke applied, so maybe fuel.

To add an image you need to resize I go just below 230K by reducing the dimensions, then simply click add attachment before you submit.

Good Luck!

I checked with a local technician and it seems like one of the cylinder died, like one of the exhaust pipes barely has any smoke out(and it's code smoke).

We're definitely checking the carburetor and plugs too. I will let the technician know that we should probably check tank breather and fuel filter.

By the way, do you guys use fuel treatment? Is there anything specific for 2t?

You might be lucky, this could just be a fouled spark plug on the one cylinder 🤞
I don't use any fuel additives, I use a good quality unleaded pump fuel with the lowest possible ethanol content - Esso Synthesis + over here but do some research and find out what gas suits your bike best.
