They both look very similar except for the colour, but they do look very Honda, very much like the genuine Honda one I had fir my RC30, from memory that had a large nut on the outside that you turned to get the inner spigot to grip on the inside of the hub, if the bore is the same, I wouldn't be surprised if they were the same stand, maybe even for the NC30 as well.
