I have a 1994 nsr28r with a PGM-IV. Got an HRC 030 card from Harc_PRO. Charged battery...When I insert the key card...I get nothing. My question is...where do I start??? OR does anyone know an NSR Wizard in the southeast. I'm in Florida, but would be willing to travel some distance for help. Thanks guys....Cliff
