If i decide to run pod filters what do i do with air solenoid and lines

Dyno tuned today had 58 hp running very strong, fixed air leak on solenoid and lost power and had to go back to original jet settings and was worse now when started
Hrc de restriction 030 card , jha pipes, oil injecting intact, tyga box lid, new oem air filter
We are stumped, breaks up and lowes power 11,000 and higher were as before pulled hard till 12500
